Skin Hydration

Oily Skin

Oily skin is the result of the overproduction of sebum from sebaceous glands. These glands are located under the skin’s surface. Sebum is an oily substance made of fats that helps to protect and moisturize your skin and your hair shiny and healthy. Having excess sebum production may be due to your genes, hormone changes, or even stress.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is a skin condition characterized by a lack of appropriate water in the epidermis. This condition causes small fine flakes, cracking, and dry patches which may be due to a dysfunction or deficiency of healthy fats in the top layer of the skin. Itching is one of the most common symptoms of dry skin.
