Dulong Fritters in Coconut Wansoy Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Dulong Fritters
1/2 cup Coconut MCT Oil
1 cup Dulong fish
1/4 cup potato flour -glutenfree
1/2 tsp of salt
1/8 coarse ground pepper
1 pc large organic brown egg
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp onion

Coconut Wansoy Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Coconut MCT Oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup Coco Aminos
1 tbsp fresh Wansoy
1 tbsp Stevia + erythritol sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Choose your ingredients wisely

Having great skin begins with a healthy diet. Here are some nutrition tips that will make you realize why these ingredients are a wise choice for getting better skin:

Dulong fish – is rich in omega fatty acid which is known to improve balanced hydration, subdue breakouts, and minimize signs of aging on the skin.

Coconut MCT Oil – MCT oil is also known for their antimicrobial properties that has been an effective topical treatment for acne and other minor skin irritations.

Gluten-free potato flour – is an excellent source of hydration for the skin. Potato also helps to reduce the appearance of dryness by deeply nourishing all layers of the skin

Organic Brown Egg – known to increase hydration and skin elasticity.

Garlic – has Allicin known to help kill the bacteria causing acne.

Onion – a powerful antiseptic that protects your skin from acne-causing bacteria and other skin infections.

Lemon Juice – contains vitamin C, an antioxidant that may help reduce skin damage and premature aging. Due to its high pH levels, lemon can decrease oil on the skin and reduce inflammation.

Coco Aminos – is proven to boost the immune system and is a good source of fats.

Wansoy Leaves – is extremely rich in folate, antioxidants, vitamin C and beta-carotene. Your skin feels soft, supple and glowing when your cells are protected from oxidative stress. They can be armored against stress and degeneration with the help of antioxidants. These antioxidants prevent the movement of free radicals in the body, thus slowing down the ageing process. It allows the skin to retain its elasticity.

Stevia – prevents wrinkles, halts the signs of aging, reduces acne, fights dermatitis or eczema, and revitalizes the skin.

3 Easy Steps for a Nutritious Dish

  1. In this recipe, Doc M uses 1 cup of Dulong Fish which he places in a large bowl where he adds 2 tbsp of onion, 1 tbsp of garlic, 1/4 cup gluten-free potato flour, and 1 large organic egg to incorporate the ingredients together. While mixing, he sprinkles a little bit of salt and pepper to
    taste.
  2. Form the mixture into flat circles as big as a coaster. Fry it in 1/2 cup Coconut MCT Oil, as recommended by Doc M since this is a good source of fats. Keep the fire at low to medium heat and keep frying until the Dulong Fish is golden brown.
  3. For the sauce, Doc M uses 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos seasoning as an alternative to soy sauce. To sweeten the vinaigrette, he uses 1 tbsp of Stevia and combines it with 1/2 cup Coconut MCT Oil, 1 tbsp of fresh Wansoy, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to balance the flavors. Blend these ingredients together for 2 minutes and pour over the Dulong Fish Fritters to complete the dish.
